Account recovery

Ask an authorized WOW administrator to send a single-use password-reset link to the email already registered on your account. You will verify that email and choose the new password yourself; administrators cannot view or replace it.

The link expires after 30 minutes and completing the reset revokes existing web and mobile sessions. Staff will never ask for your current password, reset link, authentication code, or Mobile Money PIN.
